MAHARANI PANEER PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram Maharani Paneer
  • 2 Pints Milk.
  • Corn Flour, Sugar, Almonds and Sultanas.

Preparation

Heat milk in a saucepan until only half the quantity is left.

Mix well some corn flour and water and pour it in the boiling milk, stirring it continuously.

Then add finely grated paneer and cook it for above five minutes on low heat.

Add sugar, sultanas, almonds according to taste.
