MAHARANI PANEER KORMA

Ingredients:

  • 400grams Maharani paneer
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1-Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1-Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 100gram Fresh Cream
  • Fresh Coriander leaves.

Preparation

Heat the cooking oil in saucepan.

Cut and slice onions and tomatoes and fry for three minutes.

Then put cream and paneer cubes in and boil for another three minutes.

Add paprika, turmeric powder and simmer it for two more minutes.

Add fresh coriander leaves and salt to taste.
