MAHARANI PANEER CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • 500grams Maharani paneer
  • 200 grams Gram Flour
  • salt, green chillies, garam masala.

Preparation

Cut paneer to the shape and size of chips.

Make a thick paste of gram flour and water, adding salt, green chillies and other spices according to taste.

Heat the cooking oil in a deep fry saucepan.

Dip the paneer chips in the gram flour paste and fry it for a about three minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice or vinegar.
