FRIED PANEER SAVOURY WITH GRATED POTATOES

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Maharani Paneer (cut into one inch long pieces)
• 1 lb potatoes (grated)
• 2 Fresh Tomatoes
• 2 Green chillies
• 1-tablespoon sultanas
• Cooking oil
• Salt to taste

Preparation

Shallow fry paneer and grated potatoes till golden brown.

For sauce- grind all the ingredients together with a little water.

Sprinkle a little salt on fries paneer and potatoes.

Serve with coriander sauce and fresh salad and lemon pieces.
